Watercraft rental
Experience the thrill of going down a river in a canoe or kayak
The OBV SCABRIC offers a non-motorized watercraft rental service. This new tourist attraction is designed to bring the ecological and historical heritage of the Châteauguay River to the community. The rental service allows water sports enthusiasts to explore and enjoy the river’s wildlife.
Available watercraft: single kayak, double kayak, paddleboard (SUP) and canoe.
Regular fare
Available watercraft: single kayak, double kayak, paddleboard (SUP) and canoe.
- Fare - per person
- 1 hour: $10
- 1 1/2 hours: $14
- 2 hours: $18
- 3 hours: $25
- Full day: $30
- Pass fares
- Multi-visit pass (4 x 1 ½ hours): $40
- Season pass - individual: $50
- Season pass - family: $75

- Monday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Tuesday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Rentals will be suspended when there is a high risk of thunderstorms during opening hours.
SUP Yoga sessions
In collaboration with the Municipality of Sainte-Martine, OBV SCABRIC offers SUP Yoga classes every Wednesday, from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
When: from July 3 to August 21, 2024 (except for the weeks of July 17 and 24).
Instructor: Katherine Dooling, certified paddle yoga instructor (Paddle Canada certified) + General First Aid
