Although she had no prior knowledge of watersheds or water management, her position has given her the opportunity to delve deeper into these fields. Ariane est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en g\u00e9ographie environnementale de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al et a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 un microprogramme de 2e cycle en environnement ainsi qu’une ma\u00eetrise en gestion de l’environnement de l’Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke. Bien qu’elle ait initialement ax\u00e9 sa formation sur la gestion des mati\u00e8res r\u00e9siduelles, sa passion pour les sports nautiques l’a naturellement orient\u00e9e vers la conservation des milieux aquatiques du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>

<\/p>

Avec son exp\u00e9rience en tant que coordonnatrice du plan directeur de l’eau (PDE) en Mauricie (BVSM, 2019-2021), elle assume d\u00e9sormais ce r\u00f4le au sein de l’OBV SCABRIC. Ses missions cl\u00e9s englobent la r\u00e9vision collaborative du plan directeur de l’eau, la conception d’une strat\u00e9gie de mobilisation et la promotion de la sensibilisation citoyenne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Destina Saad holds a degree in agronomy from Lebanon and a Master’s in Environmental Sciences from the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec. Her passion for environmental sciences stems from her interest in contemporary ecological challenges, particularly ecosystem upheavals and major environmental transformations. With a B.Sc. in Environmental Biology from McGill University and an M.Sc. in Biology from the University of Northern British Columbia, Sara devoted her master’s degree to studying the emergence and spread of a new song variant in white-throated sparrows. Following this, she had the opportunity to work as a stewardship intern and bioecology technician, enriching her understanding of the flora, fauna, natural habitats and environmental challenges specific to southern Quebec. Wael Hadded holds a professional master’s degree in Agronomic Sciences in Tunisia, and began his career as an Agricultural Technician with the Tunisian Ministry of Agriculture in 2013. With solid expertise in organic and sustainable agriculture extension and consultancy, he has developed these skills through direct interaction with producers. His passion for preserving the environment led him to join the OBV SCABRIC team, where he was promoted to agri-environmental project manager in December 2023.
