The Regroupement des organismes de bassins versants du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> (ROBVQ) has submitted a thesis containing key recommendations for strengthening flood zone management regulations. The thesis aims to operationalize integrated water management at watershed level, establish clear links with Water Master Plans (WMPs) and encourage concerted commitment from local players. These proposals put forward solutions to improve community resilience to flooding and the impacts of climate change. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
