Towards sustainable agriculture
The 2nd edition of the États généraux de l’eau, held in 2017, highlighted the importance of water in the agricultural environment, updated knowledge and gaps, identified actions carried out on the territory and presented new agri-environmental practices to improve the quality of our waterways and groundwater.
It is part of the implementation of the Water Master Plan (WMP) for our 2,410 km² territory south of the St. Lawrence River.
